At NexPeps, we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality research compounds and ensuring a reliable customer
experience. Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not
accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances.
All Sales Are Final
Please be aware that once an order is placed, it is considered final. We cannot offer refunds or returns for
any of the following reasons:
– You changed your mind after ordering
– You selected the wrong product
– You are dissatisfied with the product’s results
Our compounds are strictly intended for research use only and require careful handling, making returns or
resale impossible once shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take care to ensure all orders are accurate and securely packaged. If you receive a product that is
damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your package by emailing us at
[email protected]
To resolve the issue quickly, include the following in your email:
1. Your order number
2. Clear photos showing the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label
3. A brief description of the issue
If the mistake is on our end (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional
cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking confirms that your order has been delivered, NexPeps is no longer responsible for the
package. If your shipment is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend:
– Checking with neighbors, roommates, or household members
– Contacting the shipping carrier directly for more details
– Filing a claim with the carrier, if needed
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been submitted. Please double-check your order
details before completing checkout to ensure everything is correct.
