Research Use Disclaimer
All products sold by NexPeps are strictly intended for laboratory research use only. They are not for humans
consumption, medical use, or any form of diagnostic or therapeutic application.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) Depending
inventory of items. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or other factors. - Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern time will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and carrier delays.
Cold Chain & Temperature-Sensitive Items
- We recommend selecting expedited shipping for temperature-sensitive items.
- NexPeps is not responsible for degradation due to shipping delays when standard shipping is selected.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive it within 72 hours of
placing your order, please contact us.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they have been handed over to the carrier.
- If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
- For damaged items, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
